Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind. As the sun colours flowers, so does art colour life. -- Congratulations on your recent sale of this an amazing work!

About On da Raks

On da Raks

My favorite subjects include sunsets, details, landscapes, food, and anything and everything that moves, or not. I love to travel and that's when I capture most of my photos. Here are some of my unforgettable "teachers" in photography (they are harsh teachers, too!) I pulled out and ruined a roll of negatives off my mother's film camera when I was a kid because I was too impatient to see the photos she took of me. Gone out to a festival anticipating to shoot hundreds of photos and discovered I have left all my batteries charging at home. Was about to capture a breathtaking sunset only to find out I didn't have any memory card with me. Captured a once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunity and discovered I have set my settings to 400 x 600...
